EJN Best Publication Award 2017
Prize: £ 3,000
Deadline for submission: 31 March 2017 EJN, in collaboration with FENS and Wiley, is calling for applications to the “Best Publication Award 2017”. Nominations open on January 5th 2017! This biennial award recognises the best original research article published in EJN over the preceding two-year period (published or accepted in 2015 and 2016). Nominations are accepted from the readership of EJN. The first author(s) of an eligible article may also be nominated by the paper’s co-authors. The award will be presented at the FENS Regional Meeting in Pécs, Hungary (20 – 23 September 2017). Deadline for nominations: 21 December 2016 Candidates must be nominated by fellow neuroscientists (no self-application) and be either working in a European research institution or, if working elsewhere, be of European origin. Deadline for application: 13 February 2017 Candidates must be aged 35 or under (at the nomination deadline) and be either working in a European research institution or, if working elsewhere, be of European origin. Candidates may self-nominate or be nominated by fellow neuroscientists. The award will be presented at the FENS Forum 2018 in Berlin, Germany (7 – 11 July 2018), where the awardee will be required to give a lecture.
